Did you fancy the latest Medal of Honor? If you were disappointed, you may be looking to get a little cash for it. UK retailer HMV is offering a deal that drastically cuts the price of Call of Duty: Black Ops. Once traded in, the title will only cost you £7.99, a whopping £47 savings from the usual price.
EA can’t be too happy about this deal. The one saving grace for them is that this deal does not include the PC version of the game. So if you want mouse and keyboard controls, or already went for Medal of Honor on PC, you won’t be able to make use of the deal.
If you are unhappy with Medal of Honor and are looking into getting the latest Call of Duty, this deal is a no brainer.
We rolled into November today. The holidays are coming! Now it’s time for companies to put out incentives to pick up their platform over the competition. Microsoft is making the first move with a $299.99 250GB Xbox 360 slim, bundled with a physical copy of Forza 3 and a voucher for a download of the full version of Alan Wake. The bundle will be available in retailers in the next few weeks.
Too hardcore for you? Microsoft also has 4 GB and 250 GB Kinect bundled systems. The 250GB Kinect bundle will cost you $399.99, while the 4 GB will only cost you $299.99. Both are bundled with Kinect Adventures.
Halloween! There is free candy everywhere. Now what do you do with all that money you saved on candy? Buy stuff from Steam. Titles like Devil May Cry 4, Ghost Busters, Silent Hill: Homecoming, and Team Fortress 2 (teamwork is so scary) are between 33% and 75% off.
The lasts through November 1st, so be sure to take a look at the deals!
