This has got to be the weirdest promo video I’ve ever made…
Incidentally, leave a Youtube comment by 2:00am CST April 16th to be entered into a raffle! More info can be found on the Youtube page.
The marathon is coming up real soon, and we’ve heard some interesting ideas from the community as to stuff we could do during the marathon. We’ve also heard back from quite a few sites in our marketing effort that will be supporting us. There may be a huge event in our future, that involves panels and cosplay…but not in the way you might think.
Make sure to have your annotations on! Our marathon begins June 15 and will last 168 hours, ending on June 22. We will be raising money for ACT Today

I’ve been helping with TSG for 4 years now. Crazy, I know. We’ve come so far from the days of our little blogspot site. It’s nice to reflect and realize you’ve had a ton of fun while also getting to helping people. It hasn’t always been easy; there have definitely been some rough times. I can safely say that 99% of it has been great, though. Here’s to four more fun and charitable years! Here’s a funny video to commemorate. Now onto business…
Hello, and welcome to a new feature I’m making up right now, called Games I’m Going To Stab. I doubt this will be a regular thing, but rather articles that I’ll write any time I play a godawful game. Because if you can’t use the internet to post your impotent nerd rage over a silly geek hobby, then what can you use it for? Research? Psh, come on now. And today, let us partake of that aforementioned impotent nerd rage against Silent Hill: Homecoming. Or as I like to call it, Alex Shepherd’s Adventures In A Poorly-Written Fanfiction: The Parody That Isn’t.
With the announcement of The Last Story coming to North America, Operation Rainfall’s work appears to be almost done. Their third and final objective is Pandora’s Tower, which is launching in Europe about the same time North Americans will get their hand on Xenoblade Chronicles. On the surface it appears their grass roots movement has been a success: Operation Rainfall supporters made their presence known to Nintendo and pushed Nintendo with American fan power to get the titles out here… right? Honestly, I have a feeling NoA hardly considered Operation Rainfall and its supporters when making their decision. Chances are, they were thinking about Europeans.
