Great job everyone!

The son of George Harrison, Dhani Harrision, recently had a interview with Chicago Tribune revealing that he is now working on Rock Band 3.  He plans on bringing a different approach to the Rock Band series. “I’m working on Rock Band 3 and making the controllers more real so people can actually learn how to play music while playing the game. Give me a couple years, it’s going to happen.” Guitar Rhythm games have hardly any drastic changes in recent memory, but it looks like Dhanmi may be changing that.

What do you want? Are you afraid the series might alienate you to more complexity or are you ready for some changes?

Hmm, it could be really cool or be a major flop. We’d have to see how it’s handled. I can play some expert on the current format (depending) and I have no ambition to form uber leet skills like a lot of people have. I just play to have fun. If it becomes overly complex I may just shun away. We’ll see.
