Unlike Final Fantasy XIII, Square was able to pin down a global release date for NIER on April 23rd on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The release includes NieR gestalt in Japan which is just known as NIER everywhere else.
As of right now there hasn’t been any announced plans to bring the other title, NieR Replicant, out of Japan, but if NIER is a success you can probably expect it to jump the pond eventually.
