The FCC was nice enough to release another filing for a Nintendo product. The FCC lists a new type of Wii Remote. While the exact details are left confidential, the listing and an image are available.

The image is almost identical to Nintendo’s current Wii Remote design, but there is one slight difference. There is a new seam across the bottom of the controller, which was pointed out by a commenter over on Kotaku.

This doesn’t exactly reveal anything, but it has been long rumored that Nintendo will be releasing a Wii remote with Wiimotion+ built right into the controller. This may very well be it.

You can check out the Wii Remote after the jump.
