That was a fun marathon, wasn’t it? We’re trying out some new stuff with these characters and the cartoons, particularly showing the shorts between games so that the viewers have something to gawk at while the players set up the next game. I’m glad some of you enjoyed them! I also liked the “wtf is this I don’t even–” responses from newcomers.
So for anyone new to the community, here’s the deal: these shorts are oh-so-creatively called “VG Flash.” They’re about the adventures of Wilhelm, a knife-wielding tempura shrimp, and Zee, a flying blueberry. They’re set to video game music and are often used to promote TSG’s marathons. And despite the utter nonsense I draw, I don’t take any mind-altering substances. I don’t even know what would happen if I did, but I’m fairly certain it would cause reality implode.
Also, expect to see more of these characters in the future. I’s gots me some plans for them, I does!

I’ve loved Capcom ever since I was a kid. In fact, Mega Man 2 is one of the first games I ever played! Their games have inspired my art for most of my life, so it’s a real thrill to see them help out with TSG’s marathon. You’re helping out a great group and a great cause, Capcom! Thanks a billion!

Hey, Blackduck with the delayed week 6!
Luckily for you guys, this was delayed for a reason! This game now features 8 maps with 6 unique types of enemies. I also fixed a lot of subtle bugs, that you guys probably didn’t notice. I also pretty much doubled the termite’s speed, but with all the lag this game causes, it doesn’t look like a big difference. If you forgot how to play, you can read through the handy instructions for explanation, then departure on your sacred quest! Although the game isn’t done yet, you can get all the way to the house. After that, there will only be 4 maps, 1 including the boss map, so the game should be done soon! That’s a good thing, since this game has to be done by the 31st. So when that happens, you guys will be able to play the real deal!

I just got back from my trip to LA, which I’ll post more about later, and found some great pumpkin carvings in our inbox. Of course I’m biased on why I love this first one so much, you’ll soon know why after watching the video.

So here we are with another VG Flash cartoon, this time based on the theme to Team Fortress 2. I play a lot of TF2 with a friend of mine, and I figured the 10th cartoon could also be a nice present to him for his birthday. He’s a nightmarish Pyro, but I like to play Medic and heal as much as possible. I often follow him around and heal him like mad; he fends off any enemy who targets me, and I keep him alive enough that he can be unusually aggressive.
This cartoon is the most viewed on my Youtube channel, so the comments on it tend to be less focused and more argumentative. It’s a fair tradeoff… I… guess?
