In a new trailer revealed today by Capcom, the news organisation RETV (Resident Evil Tele-Vision for all you acronym lovers out there) presents a live report showing the neighbouring clashes between an incoming zombie horde and a team of mercenaries hired in order to eradicate the new threat. The game is based on the “Mercenaries” mini games found in Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5 where players must defeat as many enemies as possible in a set time limit. While Resident Evil fans will appreciate all of the various maps and characters useable from the two previous entries in the main series, as an added extra the game will feature a demo of the upcoming survival horror game Resident Evil Extinctions which sets to link the previous two games. The game is set to come out on June 28th and a trailer can be viewed after the jump.
