If you know anything about Bioshock’s terrible past on the PS3 [being released nearly a year after the initial development and having several graphical issues], then you’re probably leery of the upcoming Bioshock Infinite. Thankfully, Bioshock developers have announced that there will be a simultaneous development of both PS3 and Xbox360 versions, as well as simultaneous release dates. Developers stated that this decision was made due to a much larger staff than with the original titles, and a desire to not work with 3rd party developers as they did with the original PS3 development.

When I first heard that Irrational’s new game was called Bioshock Infinite, my dissapointment was palpable. That was until I saw the trailer. Before I say anything about it’s release I want you to see the trailer after the jump.
In the past, 2k games has shown interest in developing a MMO before. But according to Destructoid, a inside source gave them a heads up that the company may finally be going through with those plans. Specifically, a MMO within the BioShock franchise.
Destructoid themselves didn’t seem to have too much confidence in their source, so it would probably be wise to take this rumor very lightly.
WalMart has a great deal running right now. For $39.99 you can buy both Bioshock 1 &2 for either the 360 or Ps3 (you can mix and match the consoles you want them on).

Today’s cartoon was brought to you by the number 20, and the letters W, T, and F!
Many months before I uploaded this one, someone had requested a Bioshock-themed cartoon. I still haven’t gotten to play Bioshock, but I did enjoy the soundtrack. Of all the songs on it, this seemed to be the easiest to animate to. As we all know, it’s best to always take the easy route when doing anything ever, so I did! YAY ME AND YAY LAZINESS!
Macs aren’t exactly known for gaming capabilities, but every once in awhile a game gets ported over. If you got a gaming itch that can only be relieved by some gaming on your Mac, then mark your calendars for October 7th when the original BioShock will be available for Mac users in both North America and Europe.
